The rowing club is a fantastic community organization, with members from all over the Great Lakes Bay region! The members are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They do a great job teaching new rowers how to row, that is why I joined the club! Now I'm helping teach new rowers too!

I dont do any rowing or boating of any kind but would like to but for now its a nice place to walk minus all the bird droppings, mainly from the geese and wish it could be cleaned up in some way but other than that a nice place for a walk.
A great addition to Bay City and the Great Lakes Bay Region! I've been involved in rowing for several years now and Bay City Rowing Club is very accommodating to various groups and stages of rowers. From learning to row with no experience, to getting involved with different rowing programs as I progressed, rowing is now a key outdoor activity that I love. Club members are friendly and helpful, there is a good variety of equipment and the boathouse is located at a prime spot on the river. I'd recommend that everyone try rowing!
Friendly, diverse group of rowers from new to experienced, recreational, exercise to racing. Several learn to row sessions throughout the year. Several boat options from 8s, 4/quad, doubles, and singles owned by club for members to use. Brand new dock on inner channel of river. Boathouse has locker rooms, ergs, and boat storage.
Located as entrance to Bigelow part.
