Poor customer service, decent knowledge, but I will never recommend this shop due to the demonstrative tone used with customers.
I ordered a Sterling battery charger over the phone, to be shipped to Minnesota. The gentleman that answered the phone was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the product and offered excellent advice on both the product and the application. I am very pleased with my transaction.
I called to obtain a mechanical quote, and before I finish my sentence to provide make and model of the outboard engine, I was told that I was wasting his time. I will not recommend this shop.
