I purchased a 2008 Regal 4060 that was brokered with Bay Marine. You can tell the pride of ownership they have with their business. Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful and responsive. We now have the boat of our dreams. It is hard to find an honest company that treat all their customers like they are purchasing a 2 million dollar yacht, Bay Marine does just that. Don't waste your time with some of the bigger brokerages, this place is top notch! Thanks to the crew of Bay Marine, you guys are the best!
We have had an exceptional experience with Bay Marine of Chicago for the last year which involved, if you can follow this: the purchase, recommission, launch, service/maintenance, storage, and subsequent sale of our vessel (a 405 Cruisers Yachts) all within one year. Essentially we've experienced absolutely all of the services that Bay Marine has to offer, from purchase to brokering the sale of a yacht, from start to finish. I really can't say anything negative about our experience. Purchasing a boat this size is a fairly complex endeavor, and despite being new to that process, I felt the team was able to quickly educate and provide us with a plan of attack and finance options. I was fortunate enough to link up with Matt early in our research process and he invested a ton of time and care showing my wife and I numerous vessels that would fit our family and lifestyle. The boat we ended up purchasing was a boat that had originally been sold by Bay Marine about 14 years or so prior (at their SB facility), and we ended up purchasing it from the original buyer/owner! The benefit of purchasing a boat with complete service records from a reputable marine facility is absolutely priceless. It was meant to be. The facility is absolutely spotless and has a great layout for service, sales, and storage. The staff is just such a great group of individuals and I've enjoyed getting to know them all. Sadly, we ended up listing our boat through Bay Marine after quickly realizing that we just don't have enough time to dedicate to the boat. It was quickly sold and the process was fairly smooth. Thanks to Matt, Nancy, Lori, Ron, Miguel, Sam, Randy & the entire service team that helped us along the way. When we do reach the stage in our life where we can enjoy the cruising/boating lifestyle again, we will certainly be turning to Bay Marine.

If you are in the market for purchasing a boat or seeking marine service - I would highly recommend Bay Marine. The staff is very professional, responsive, and follows through on what they say. My experience here has been great all around.
