Rented a 20'deck boat from siesta key location . The boat was perfect and the staff very friendly, they helped us above and beyond! Enjoyed our day and would recommend this adventure

Rented a boat from the Siesta Key location, but our reservation was canceled due to strong winds. We decided to try our luck at the Sarasota location and was able to get a boat. As soon as we got on the water, we discovered the steering wheel didn't work. No other boats were available for the duration of our stay and the staff did not seem to be concerned. The next day we decided to rent a jet-ski. After 5 minuets the warning light came on and we had to limp back to shore. We were then able to rent another, newer jet-ski which worked out well. We were only in Sarasota for 4 days and spent way to much time here. We didn't even receive a discount for the inconveniences. To top if off, when I got home I realized my credit card was never refunded for the boat that didn't work. I called and was told someone would be in touch with me, but I never heard back. I eventually saw the refund on my statement a few days later.
Rented a deck boat recently. Four total adults all avid boaters. Boat office manager was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and was very helpful. Boat was clean and ran good. We enjoyed our day and will return again to same company. Note, as always when I rent anything I take pictures prior to leaving dock, especially the prop for my reference.
Very nice place. We rented a pontoon boat for 1/2 day. The boat was great. Staff very sweet (Derek). I would recommend this place.
We rented 3 jet skis, are worked great!! Friendly staff who explained operation of jet ski and safety very clearly!!
