Everything with my appointment went perfectly, except when I arrived and asked to use the restroom and was told it was out of order, they directed me to use the restroom at Einstein bagels 2-3 doors down, which ended up being closed for the day, I return to Bayne optical and tell them Einstein’s is closed and 10 mins later their restroom wasn’t out of order anymore.I found the whole thing annoying, embarrassing and unnecessary. This was my 2nd visit and both times the staff was friendly and attentive, I really like Dr Mike, and plan to continue my eye care at Bayne Optical.

Wonderful experience. It was my first time getting my eyes examined by Dr. Mike. He took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes. His staff answered all my questions. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

My first time going to Bayne Optical and I had a very pleasant time. Its small on the inside but very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A small selection of glasses so I did not feel overwhelmed. I would recommend anyone to go there. You do have to pay for parking but its not expensive. 75 cents for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Thank for a great experience.
