Have had positive experiences working with the respiratory people at Bayside with my sleep mask and machine. Jessica explained everything very well and made sure that I understood everything before leaving. Front desk staff is always friendly and smiling. Love the new store.

On July 6, 2018 I finally got my chair fixed by Bayside's repairman \Jeff\ who did a great job and I am so happy to have my chair back. The delay was due to the manufacturer being unable to get me a new motor in a reasonable amount of time and no updates from Bayside Home Medical all is now well at least in my little world here in Door County and I hope this motor lasts. The attached photo is of my lift chair that broke again. It has been broken since August 31, 2020 and Bayside's service man has been out here I believe now five times and yes I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic. I have called Golden Technologies who made the chair and they assure me that all the parts Bayside has requested have been shipped out. It is now Oct. 8, 2020 and I have called Bayside's manager Eric who said they are doing the best they can and yes they will get the chair fixed or Golden Technology will replace it that was on Oct. 2, 2020 and I have heard nothing from them again. I am old and really need a lift chair and it appears I will have to find a company in Green Bay that sells lift chairs and has repair people that travel to Sturgeon Bay so much for trying to shop locally.
