As a former employee of Technical Advantage, I have the unique vantage point of how organized, productive and efficient this company operates as a medical billing business. There is an extensive training period for new employees and an enormous emphasis is placed doing one's personal best to maximize insurance payments for all provider accounts (e.g., working hard to get denied claims reprocessed and paid). They truly value, appreciate and work very hard for each of their many doctors' accounts and meet all of their specific needs and requests. Because of their utmost professionalism, I always was able to recommend this co. to my own family doctors with complete confidence that they would be in the best hands.
