The chicken entree was raw in the middle and after eating up to that point. Manager was called but busy and person serving food made comment that well since half of food was eaten only going to serve you half of a new plate of choice. Really what kind of service is this. Then manager came to table and apologized and offered a new meal. Just a thought but be careful what you order it may be looking good on the outside but may be under cooked in the middle.

I really don't like writing bad reviews,, but I feel this one is necessary,, because I notice how unconcern & careless a few employees was with handling their customers food by not following the CDC Guidelines on proper face covering over at Luby's ,, I can Imagine if this employer is bold enough to do this in front of customers I could imagine what he's doing behind the scenes,, even when i told the manager that I'm not comfortable eating there because your employee is handling the food with his nose exposed,,,he acted unconcerned & Tried to make it seem's as if i was to Goody 2 shoes to eat at Luby's,,,,, Look here Luby's I've been one of ur Loyal customers for 40 plus years & im asking HR to not dismiss these employees but then again this is bad ,,, just Throw out the whole line
Luby's is great! There's such good food reliability delicious and beautiful to see it's hard to choose. Whatever I have chosen there i have loved it!! I highly recommend it.
Luby's is always good. The food isn't overly seasoned with a bunch of salt like moat restaurants. Thank God they finally hired some employees that like their job. Most were very welcoming. The checkout person was very nice. The young girl helping in the dining area was super attentive.
It's always a good time. Employees are homely and nice. Peaceful. Never noisey. I love it here.
