We purchased our first boat from Riptide in October 2020 and we could not be happier. The process start with an introduction to brand we wanted to look at, Sea Chaser, and a through explanation of the differences between the HFC 19, 22, and 24. After learning the differences in the features we moved from the 22 up to the 24 and are glad we did. We laid out what we had to work with and where we wanted to be for a payment and they knocked it out of the park, first time I have ever purchased something and got the Down payment I wanted with a monthly payment slightly below what I wanted. The service work has been outstanding so far, I'm not particularly handy so I had them install my electronics and service the engine after break-in. I suppose all this is a one way to say if you are looking for a good quality dealer that will take the time to answer every question, show you how too, and suggest best practices you need to look no further that Riptide.

What a great transaction. Even through the Pandemic. Bought our Stingray 231DC at the Boat show and from then till delivery was great. Answered my questions along the way, sometimes in excess. Will be bringing her back for her routine maintenance that needs to be completed by a Dealer.
