5 Stars all the way, no, make it 10! Daniel and Christian took care of us. We're a small home business who's outgrown the 99 Staples special printers and needed a reliable machine fast. Xerox quoted us a good deal on a brand new machine but we didn't want to spend that much nor commit to a lifetime payment on hardware in addition to a monthly metered maintenance bill. Daniel gave us a fair (ie. reasonable, not cheap) price on a fully refurbished machine we could pay cash for and then Christian quoted a fair monthly meter maintenance fee to include all consumables (save for paper) and service. Then, they drove it 60 miles to deliver and helped me lug it up 2 flights of stairs before setting it up and showing us how to use it. I could not be any happier and would not hesitate to call these guys again or recommend them to everyone I know!
