Absolutely awful. We have been without laundry at our apartment complex for almost 3 weeks. They were supposed to come put the machines in but they canceled their appointment because it was too cold outside. We finaly get the machines and they don’t work. Didn’t even bother to CHECK if they worked before leaving. This is really how this company does buisness? EMBARRASSING. Please DO NOT make your residents suffer with these washer and dryers,

They have what I need in stock and really easy to work with
Our apartment complex uses their machines in the laundry room, and they're absolutely terrible. They break down every week, constantly leak, and never get properly serviced. Their machines will charge you every time they ask you to re-enter your card, so you can unknowingly spend up to 10 on a single load. And their service is terrible - the management company will contact them to do repairs and they can't even get ahold of BDS.
