Very helpful staff and pleasant boat rental experience. They have a nice variety of water craft and vessels available and have various renting options available. They do get a lot of business so I recommend booking at least a week in advance if not longer, 2 weeks in the summertime. Arrive early to get the most out of your time. And best of all, they help you launch when you leave and make docking a breeze upon your return!

Customer service on the phone is non existent. Seemed like a real bother for the girl to answer the call. She told me she wasn’t at the computer to check availability and I would have to go on their website to do so. Only got 1 star because 0 is not an option. Will never rent here.

This place deserves 0 stars. We came by to ask questions about the rental process and the lady looked like she hated the fact that we interrupted her cell phone time. This place has poor customer service and the lady had a difficult time wanting to answer our questions. I am glad I did not rent and waste my time and money with this company.
Staff and equipment were amazing!! Thanks for the memories! We'll be back!
