HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They steer you in with beautiful pictures of room but don’t show you the rest of the trashy building. It’s completely falling apart. Half of the building is basically shut down and says under construction and hasn’t been touched for years. The oven didn’t work in our room and I played bounce around with who was in charge to get it fixed. Told me that it was going to be fixed the following day. I waited in the room for hours and nobody ever showed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I booked tru Orbitz/homeaway two days with them. Got cancellation n a supposed "refund" next day and my 262 was on hold because they charged me when they dint actually have rooms. Horrible customer service, they stated they dont have their calendar updated. I was stuck w a charge until i get clear in 3 businesses days and no money to book another hotel w actual rooms. Home away tried contacting them but no answer. Be careful.
