Let me tell you how pathetic this companies customer service is... Well there is none. They screwed us on the room, did it rudely I might add. Ruined our entire vacation. Let’s talk about HYDE as a facility. The entire staff is rude as can be. I don’t know about you but I work hard for my money. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend it with these fraudulent nasty humans that call themselves a business. Brunch looked pretty but were so nasty trying to get reservations. If you’re not important stay somewhere else I’ve never been treated so poorly by an entire organization.

First the good parts. I got a steal of a deal. Only 7 min walk from the beach. Grounds were very nice. However in my room there were a bunch of issues. The bathrooms didn't lock. The drain in the tub wouldn't stay up so in order to drain the tub you had to stick your hand under dirty water and hold the drain up for like five minutes. The door knobs to tge bedrooms kept on coming off. The dryer didn't work. When I went to tell the front desk they said you have to call the owner which I did took over a day to hear from the property manager who didn't do anything. Also when people complain about the elevator here I had no idea how bad it was. During high peek times it is normal to wait almost 30 min for an elevator. My advice take a low floor and get ready to walk.
I had an excellent experience here last July. We came to Florida for my husband's birthday and the services were nothing short of amazing. Whatever issues we came across they were handled right away. Cant wait for our trip again this year.
This place deserves no stars. For the money they charge the only good things were the view and the beds. It was dirty when we arrived, light bulbs missing, furniture missing, only one glass in the kitchen, no batteries in the remotes, bathroom door handle was broken off, no wash cloths or kitchen towels, the list goes on and on. The worst was there was no extra toilet paper and not full rolls on when we arrived. We called for more and for batteries for the remotes. I was met with a crummy attitude and even though they said they would tell their supervisor we never received anything. We started to ration toilet paper and ran out the night before we left. Never ever for the money we spent would we stay here again.
disgusting carpet in the unit. truly disgusting. Overcrowded. Could not get a char at the pool. waited almost 20 minutes on several occasions for an elevator. place is old and tired.
Not clean, staff was terrible. The view was very nice but way overpriced for what it is.
The people who worked at the hotel were very helpful, the valet group were also very good. The condo itself was in need of upkeep. Air conditioning and the washer and dryer were really good. Carpet needed replacing with stains and loose strands, furniture was not at all comfortable and all the furniture had stains and was extremely wore out. The night club was lound until midnight friday night. Kitchen Utensils were not at all up to our standards. We wont be staying there again. We booked through Amex travel so we thought it would be better. Pretty disappointed.
I never write bad reviews but this is a must ! Checked in to the Hyde in Hollywood FL and the room was infested with fleas jumping all over my kids and family! Completely awful ! They did follow CDC guilds lines on top of the flea infested nightmare dirt and finger prints - and they would not refund us Stay away from these people out for the money and it’s not a resort rental - they don’t care and will not treat you like a resort ! Stay stay clear - family is scared from this - had to get all our suitcases empty and cleans and find a new hotel Stay stay away discussing
