This place has wonderful customer service! They are so nice and welcoming, and will clean your jewelry any time. I left there and my engagement ring was the sparkliest it's ever been (even sparklier than when my husband proposed to me!)
I had the most lovely shopping experience this holiday season. I came to the store to purchase a pendant and matching pair of earrings. Unfortunately, neither was in stock. However, that did not deter my sales associate, Miriam. Miriam provided phenomenal customer service. She took the time to contact several other stores and was able to secure both items. I am deeply grateful for her dedication to me --- the customer - and the professional manner in which she represents the Brighton name. This is most impressive especially during the holiday season. Many, many thanks to Miriam and her sale associates who were also engaged in the process.
The ladies are always friendly and the ceramic plates with silver trim that I purchased for hostess gifts were a huge success!
