Dr. Warn is, both, very knowledgeable and pleasant. I can appreciate a doctor who listens to his patients...he does this very well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility was, also, very clean. This was my 1st visit, to that office, and I will return. The people across the hall, where you choose your frames are rude. I went elsewhere for those.

The Cleveland Eye clinic gave the greatest service i have ever had at eye exam. The staff was very friendly and helpful along with being professional. The young lady who did all the tests and prep work knows her job very well..The optometrist was excellent at his profession! Thanks for a easy and pleasant visit. Then to top it off I went just next door and had my Eyewear prepared. Thanks to all of you.
My new patient visit was a very pleasant one. No long wait, and Dr. Warn really took his time to get to know me and address all of my concerns. The staff on the side where you select your glasses were friendly, actually listened to what I like and what would fit or frame my face, and found really great deals for me. I’m happy I chose to try them out instead of just going to a mall Optometrist. The office was clean and they did a good job of following pandemic protocols.
I’ve been wearing glasses for over 20 yrs... my vision is not great at night and especially when it rains. I have a hard time seeing at a distance and at times it’s hard to focus.... but I came out of today’s exam with results that were not explained to me and I misinterpreted what I was given. And there was no help thereafter. I was given my paper and sent on my way. Thorough communication is so necessary.
I am very pleased with my service. Dr. Warn & the support staff, were professional and friendly. The office is in compliance with the COVID19 guidelines.The eyeglass/frame selection is exceptional. They offer reasonably priced frames as well as some high-end designer. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
