The prices went up again but the quality went down. I used to love going here, but now the service is blah. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Im not sure why they are even open, selling watered down drinks.

I'm happy to see that there is finally a bubble tea place on the east side of cleveland. I tried my favorite flavor for my first time being there which is Lychee and it was pretty good. Something unique about them is they allow for tea customizations which new to me.
Not great as far as bubble teas go. Very middle of the road. The girl manning the kiosk was nice enough but I probably will not try this particular version of bubble tea again
Worst milk tea. They dont have the machines to do the prep so they use hands instead. You will see the powder in your drink and its disastrous. Employees don't coordinate with each other and service is not so good.
