We couldn’t be happier! Management is always great and responds quickly. We had no issues getting in.
Management is poor and long waiting list. Only good thing about this place is you don’t have to pay utilities.
Tried applying to move on base during my PCS. Submit my application a month and a half in advance and never moved positions on the wait list. There is obviously a serious vacancy issue here. I have never had to wait more than a week to get a home with base housing but now I'm forced to find a home somewhere else. Dont bother with this place unless you have half a year in advance to be on a wait list.
