Do good work, have used for hitches multiple times over years. This time when getting fifth wheel installed was given quote by owner/manager after inspecting truck at shop and looking up prices of parts.. Installation was scheduled for later in week. Dropped off truck night before, message left on answering machine in early morning told me price was going up by 75 dollars because of bed liner which was discussed during first quote of 1560.00. When picking up truck was told by installer it should have been 300 more because of wheel well liners. Electric connections were supposed to be provided in bed with fifth wheel but were not there. Was told I could come back to have these provided for another 125. Was told he knew I needed truck to move recently purchased trailer. Quotes on prior vehicles had always been pricey but firm. Now pricing goes up while service provided is trimmed.
