Wonderful! Saw all the animals on the drive through. Great fun and safe. Kids were SO excited. We got really close. Walking through the small zoo area after was cool. Nice to stretch out legs and not busy. Otters were adorable.

You could honestly be forgiven for just assuming this to be the lamest tourist trap ever from the freeway signs. I always did. But after it being suggested by a friend who's a longtime AZ resident, we figured we would give it a go on our last trip through, and we were not disappointed. This is the closest up you will ever see animals like wolves, black bears, and reindeer. It really is a super cool experience.

We saw white wolves howling in the snow! Tons of bears and one even in a tree. Great place to getaway and do something safe, fun and different in covid times. They have many more kinda of animals as well as both a driving and walking potion. Not to mention the area hotels are totally affordable for once! Great first time at bearizona!

We went on a Saturday around 1 pm. It was super crowded and drive through area was kind I'd a disappointment over all. It was like being stuck in a giant traffic jam. Cars moved at just below idle and stopped completely every spot where an animal was. I'm sure this is alot cooler during off times when it isn't so crowded. On the other hand, the walk through area felt less crowded. Had a nice selection of animals to view although a few areas were closed. The gift shop has a massive selection of gifts, toys, and souvenirs. The Resturant is a really cool building, go check out the walls. Mask were required. Would absolutly recommend during a slow period.

Our family had an amazing time at Bearzona! The baby buffalo were so cute! A Wolf walked right in front of our vehicle! The bears were trying to hibernate in their dens. Nice clean zoo. My only complaint would be that they need to add another bathroom location, as the women’s line was super long!
