Softball Fields here are fairly well maintained. Even after 25 plus years. Dugood are fully fenced. Mostly league play so you can imagine funding is limited for only basic amenities, but are adequate. As a spectator be sure to bring your own shade! Basic aluminum bleachers are uncovered with the exception of a single newer field as I recall. Foul balls are a frequent hazard with no overhead netting to protect fans in tri-field arrangement. Straight fence backstops provide zero containment for foul backs. The city doesn't invest much in the way of improvements I'm afraid.
