I got pulled over by the police this morning. The reason for them stopping me was for the paper tags that I've been driving around with for at least 4 1/2 months. The tag is handwritten by JOE, the owner, and it says internet down???? Luckily the officer let me make it but he told me to take car of it ASAP. It is a felony charge to be riding around with paper tags for THAT LONG. The car is PAID for! This man his not professional and he needs to be stopped!!!! VERY INCONVENIENT!!!! He doesn't answer the phone when u call the office so u have to take a chance going up there on a prayer that he's open!

They never answer the phone and when someone does answer they ask if I would like to leave a message and I never hear back from them. I bought a SUV cash from them in January and we are currently in November and I have yet to get the tittle and plates from them. Everytime I want answers on my plates I have to drive to beaumont and even when I arrive it feels like they try and hide. This place is all types of unprofessional.
Bought a car from Jo and after one week my power steering went completely out while driving I spoke to Jo the day before and explained there were some squeaking noises and he never once mentioned at that time or during the sale about the power steering issues. However he did make it known I left owing him 700.00 more. Not according to the LEMON LAW I don't. After being assured by Jo and the guy named Mike who works there that everything was working fine and all fluids were checked all of this was a LIE. I know my rights and this appears to fall under the LEMON LAW. Power Steering completely going out while in motion is one of the most scariest and unsafe things that could ever happen to anyone. Thank God it didn't cost me or my children our lives.
Everyone is clearly speaking about the same thing including myself and more people I know I'm looking into a lawsuit and it stated we are in control and need to take action due to these cars have been in accidents they fix them up to sale and get away with salvage title's through Pedro shopthese cars, trucks, and suv's are illegal all these post are dollar signs
Horrible customer service. Its been a whole year and haven't gotten my tags and title. Now i dont know if they are closed or what the number on the website out of service

The worst place to purchase a car I would give it a negative 5 stars if that was an option the seller pockets money that he wants you to pay in cash from the owner does drug deals while your test driving. My car ran hot on the way home and they lied to me over a year that they were going to fix it and didn't I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO MY WORSE ENEMY AND WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY
Dont buy here! Crook alert! As sleazy as they come! You might as well set fire to your money! You can do better than this! If you're walking now and you spend your money on a car here, you'll be walking again soon, just with less money in your pocket! Anywhere but here!
