I just recently moved into the Beaumont and the move in process was easy and seamless thanks to Dana! She has been a pleasure to work with and I most definitely recommend the Beaumont, I have been here for about two months now and I am very satisfied. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, my neighbors are nice and the unit is in great shape. The only piece of negative feedback would be the parking situation, but other than that its an awesome place to live. P.S Management- You need to give this woman a raise.

We’ve lived here for about 2 months and love it so far! We live on the 2nd floor and you can barely hear your neighbors. The maintenance team is awesome, Jay was extremely friendly and did a great job. Dana made the move in process extremely easy and not stressful at all. Overall I highly recommend moving in :)

What a great experience!! Dana O made the entire process incredibly easy. From the initial application to the actual move in - she was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions. The apartment is spacious, the grounds are well maintained. This is a very comfortable environment. If you're looking for a new apartment in the Lakewood area, check out the Beaumont Grand. Be sure to ask for Dana!

Fotten Ga'ga

Very limited parking, especially if you have two cars. You can hear people from upstairs if you're staying on first on a floor loud with foot step, especially when you tried to go sleep every night. Trash are over flowing mostly during weekends and pets poop all over the grass and sometimes on a concrete walkway without clean up after their mess.
