Cons: Products are pricier here. Once you like a product, you won't find it in this store again, that product is no longer carried here. This applies to a range of hair styling products and shampoos. Pros: Quick help is available by the Sales team on the floor. Good range of hair styling tools e.g. Hair dryers.

There were unsatisfied customers talking to the manager about an issue but the manager was yelling at them instead if resolving the issue. I think the way he acted was very rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't like that to happen to me!

Rude service, products are much more expensive here than they actually are. They sold us used extensions and we brought it to their attention and they literally told us to leave and not come back! Well you just lost 20 regular customers since I told everyone I know who goes there about this. Have a nice day :)
