I’ve shopped here forever and spent a lot of money over the years. I spent 55 today but in the process I dropped a bottle of conditioner and the top broke off. They made me pay for it! I should have left it all there and walked out but I was so stunned and incredulous that they would make me pay for it that I payed for it. Never again will I shop there! For a bottle of conditioner that probably cost them 2, they lost a lifetime of my business. How stupid is that?
