Was nervous to purchase a contracted membership w/ Massage Envy, but have had a great experience so far! Front desk staff is super helpful, and I have been trying different massage therapists to find a perfect match!

Very poor service and people don't know speak English

They need to tell you up front what the charges are before you you go in for a session. After the treatment it is inappropriate to say oh, by the way, you have to pay this additional fee. That is not good. Very poor customer service by the front desk people.
