Meadowgate joined a virtual baby shower as a surprise at the beginning and it was wonderful! Nicole was great to communicate with and even was flexible with my request to join 5 minutes late and allowed me to text her when we were ready, which really helped things run smoothly. She was so knowledgeable and also catered her information to our event and showed a baby alpaca and told us all about alpaca pregnancy. It was wonderful and I will definitely be back!

Meadowgate Alpacas was a fabulous addition to our work team meeting. The alpacas were adorable and Nicole was wonderful. She was friendly and shared her knowledge. Her daughter was there and shared information as well. It was the best team meeting ever! Everyone on the meeting is dreaming of owning their own alpaca someday or at least going to visit an alpaca farm in person. Thank you Meadowgate Alpacas for making our meeting memorable.
We had a fantastic visit to Meadowgate Alpacas last weekend! We got to meet (and pet and hug!) all the alpacas and learn all about them from Nicole and Stephen, who were incredibly informative and answered all of our questions. The highlight for me was holding a ten-day old baby alpaca. These alpacas are so well cared for and well-socialized, and the farm itself is beautiful. I highly recommend a visit and this would be a great place to come with kids. They also have a nice selection of gifts (socks, scarves, baby booties, etc) and I felt zero pressure to buy anything, but I bought several items because the quality was high and the prices were reasonable. Thank you!
This place is great for the whole family. The owners, Stephen and Nicole, are wonderful people. They treat the Alpacas like family. They are great for weddings, leisure, therapy. The fur is ideal for clothing. Located just 2 miles off of Rt. 54, this is a special location. Give them a call if you want to schedule a visit. We went on one their open houses. We learned a lot, got to play with a rabbit and goats, as well as enjoy the Alpacas.
Our family had a wonderful visit and tour. Our kids had so much fun learning about, loving on, and hugging the alpacas. My wife and I came with zero/limited knowledge of alpacas and left with an understanding and appreciation of them. Most importantly, to say that Nicole and Stephen (and their son) were welcoming, inviting and friendly would be an understatement! Thank you for having us!
We had the best experience with Meadowgate Alpacas. Nicole and Stephen took their time giving our family a tour of the farm and answering all the questions we had about starting our Alpaca herd. Their Alpacas are part of their family they were not only concerned about what we wanted out of the experience but also what was best for their Alpacas. The Alpacas we bought were in excellent health and Nicole has always been available to answer any questions via text and cell at anytime. I have not only made a friend but also a mentor which is very important when starting an Alpaca herd. We have also bought jewelry from Meadowgate and the quality was top-notch. They were quick to ship and I loved the details on the jewelry. I would highly recommend Meadowgate Alpacas!!!!
Meadowgate Alpacas owners Nicole and Steve are so easy to work with, and the alpacas Brownie and Pippa were such a nice surprise addition for our recent CARE event! I highly recommend working with them for any event. Easy communication and they deliver as promised. Thank you for helping make our event very memorable for our guests!
Our family had a wonderful time at the meadowgate alpaca farm this past weekend!! I HIGHLY recommend this farm to anyone looking for a family-friendly activity that's fun for adults and kids. The farm owners are such a lovely family and gave us an excellent tour. Being a huge alpaca fan, I've been to a lot of alpaca farms over the past several years but this one is the best one I've been to so far. All the alpacas were so sweet and friendly, especially with kids. We actually had reserved the morning time but it had rained the night before--since the field was a bit too muddy and wet for the tour, they kindly accommodated us later in the afternoon when things dried out a bit more. We'll definitely be going back to this farm in the future!
