Dr. Shuyi Dong gives Excellent Acupuncture Treatments and sells a Wide variety of Chinese Herbal Medications and Patent Herbal Medications. I was a client of hers for twelve years. Circumstances forced me to move out of Beaverton. She is a Good friend and Gifted Practitioner. I recommend her and her clinic highly. You, too, should become one of her loyal customers. I hope to return someday

And yes I agree with you Kristen. She also said that to us "she didn't want to repeat herself" she didn't make any sense but this is the experience... I went with my mom to take her friend at this place because she needed transportation and help to translate english for her. I'm speaking up for my mom's friend here because she was not treated right as a new patient. My mom's friend insurance would not cover her for this type of treatment so she wanted to come back the next day and pay in cash. She had everything ready all her paperwork done for this office. Dr. Shuyi grab all her paperwork and ripped them with her bare hands in half because she didn't want her to take "her" information out of her clinic to be copied?!? I have worked at a clinic office and we do not do that to patients if they want to keep their paperwork then make a copy and keep the original. That's a Policy. What she did was unprofessional and rude, not only that she does not know how to speak english well or understand it. I do not recommend this place. I don't need to be your patient to see what kind of person you are. I wished I could off taken a picture, recorded you and sued you for what you did. If you're going to have a business do it right, follow protocol and the rights of your patients.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! (I wouldn't give a single star, but Google makes you in able to post a review.) I am a student of Chinese Medicine; I was excited to speak with the owner about herbs and buying some for a class assignment. I learned quickly that you do not show up to this business unannounced. Since there wasn't anyone at the front counter, after being there only a few short minutes I decided to take a business card and call later. As I was starting my car up to leave, to my surprise, the owner had followed me to my car and proceeded to yell at me several times, "Who are you!?" She proceeded to yell at me about how I was interrupting her and that she is very busy- repeating her self over and over. Apparently the door bell that SHE has installed at her entrance was the problem- and I was not to be setting it off by entering her building. This is the condensed version of what happened. What a disappointment.
