Starla Umar is very unprofessional for her use of Google Reviews. She is a telemarketer who leaves negative reviews for companies on google that refuse to subscribe to her services. I understand that it is hard to be a telemarketer, but she has no reason to leave a negative review for a business that did not solicit her call in the first place. I ask that the manager of this company speak with Ms. Umar about her reviewing practices and explain to her the potential harm that a bad review can cause for a company whom she has never interacted with, besides offering unsolicited services.
