Matt and Paul installed a TV antenna in my attic. The company is very organized. They confirmed the appointment via email. Sent me a text 1/2 before arrival time to say they were on their way and arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, removing their shoes before coming in and being very careful bringing their equipment into the house. They installed the antenna and made sure both televisions were set up to access the channels the antenna made available and even ran a software update on the newer TV. We can now access 50 channels for no monthly charge. When they were done they thoroughly cleaned their work area even vacuuming the area where they accessed the attic. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Hook Me Up Solutions and would use them again without hesitation. They are not inexpensive, but in my experience you get what you pay for.

Matt at Hook Me Up Solutions was a total pro and couldn't have been more thoughtful, diligent, and solution-oriented from consultation through to install. I had some serious internet issues after transitioning to full-time work from home and kids temporarily homeschooling, all of us over zoom video wifi. Matt diagnosed the bandwidth problems (after Comcast couldn't) and set up a completely new home network that was a real game-changer for my family. We have the fastest system in the neighborhood now and it's been worth every penny to have that peace of mind and productivity (probably saved my job). I'd recommend Matt for anything and look forward to working with him again in the future for all my AV and networking needs!
Matt did an amazing job for us. He installed a new TV and a gorgeous stand/furniture piece he sourced for us. He directed us to great surge protection devices and installed them, and advised on other electronic issues in our house. He is friendly, a great listener, so knowledgeable, and provides a level of customer service that is too rare today. Can't thank him enough.
