Giant thank you to Chris at Shutterbug. I was there to pick up an online order for my sister's birthday present (Nikon D3500 two lens kit). I know nothing about photography but Chris did not make me feel intimidated or naive. He was helpful, friendly, and very informative; even suggesting free online classes they host. I love photography and my camera. I needed it cleaned and had no clue where to go or how much. I called they told me what was needed and the cost and said it would take an hour. When I got in there awhile later they looked at my camera and confirmed exactly what they said on the phone. I had lunch and they had it done in an hour. for 50. I took pictures today and they are amazing! So clean, no spots and I am just beyond pleased! Thank you!

This place is great! I rented a camera and a lens for the first time to shoot a wedding and the staff was super helpful. Erica is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the cameras and which would be best for what I’m working on. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!
