Large selection of stoves and grills. Nice showroom. Takes a few minutes for the staff to acknowledge your existence with their noses stuck in their terminals but once you have their attention they are knowledgeable. It's happened twice so I'm not just one of those people that just like to whine.

Went in looking for a certain adapter for my stove. The counter man told me to Google it.. which I had done.. I thought I could get good help going to a real store.. Then realized I better check an actual supply house for the part

I purchased a CAB 50 pellet stove new from this November. The stove didn't even make it three months. I called the store. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to have a service guy look at it. I use the stove in my daughters dance studio. I understand they sell them as a back up heating system. That is the loop hole in the entire service system. The repairs cost me Well over 700.00. It was a control panel and wire harness issue. So my advice save your money and go buy one from Home depot or Tractor supply. The extra money you spend at a hearth store isn't worth it. That is fine lesson learned. So if i am ever asked where did i get that stove. I will say Home depot or some where else. I will certainly buy any future parts and pellets some place else. Sad the small mom pops are disappearing because of stuff like this. Your not getting better service or products at this store. They were like sorry. we had to fix it. who cares that daughters dance studio is cold for 4-6 weeks.

Had exactly what I needed and proved even more helpful because I wasn't sure of part number but they found it.
