Very professional and knowledgeable attorneys and staff.
We used them for a closing. They represented our side / buyer. They were on the bank list and that's why we decided for them. We only met with Josh who did not go to bat for us when an adjustment at closing was wrong. It made a 100 difference and buyer wanted it corrected. Josh basically laughed about it and said buyer can either purchase the house or not. When buyer tried to explain, Josh did not even listen. It didn't feel like they were representing the buyer. I would have expected that they would try to resolve the issue and not just chuck it off. A little bit compassion goes a long way! Would not use again.
