The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Always calls to remind me of appointments and has always gotten me a timely appointment when needed. Tiffany Jenkins is awesome. She is very knowledgable to what I need and may be the best device or option for me. She has always gone above and beyond to help me and correct any problems I’ve had with my hearing aid. Keep up the good work.

I am grateful to be able to give a review about Beltone of W Va from the receptionist to the director, hospitality was given on every level. I chose to sign up for a free no obligation trial of AMAZE hearing aids. This is the new and improved model. Hearing aids made talking and hearing very clear and enjoyable. The aids were easy to install and comfortable to wear. The recharging ability made it easy to wake up to a full 8 to 10 hours of wear. I can recommend Beltone of Beckley for their kindness and follow up service as well as Top Notch Customer Service.

If you need your hearing checked, Beltone in Beckley is great. The front lady you will meet is Rhonda. She is a really nice lady that will help you any way that you need. Tiffany is a super nice lady and really knows what she is doing. The best part is that if you do not understand what's going on, Tiffany takes time to explain it until you understand. From 1 to 10 I give them a 10. Really great people.

My dealings with Beltone have been very gratifying , I have been wearing 1 device for about 18 months with my recent visit to the Beckley office I was tested just to find out I needed a serious update in my hearing aids , what I had would not do the job . Tiffany Jenkins the practitioner in the Beckley center made sure I was able to update to my new devices in an affordable manner , upon delivery she adjusted them to my personal preference , I am very satisfied with my aids and would strongly recommend Beltone services,and again thanks to Tiffany I can hear the world around me again.
