Hired this company to remove and replace our front porch. Having used this company years ago, at another house, I expected high standards. I was not disappointed! Professional from our sales rep Dave to the construction crew, nothing but quality. Highly recommend.

Have windows installed years ago and bathroom window needs a small part cause it won't let one side of window go up or down. Have called since April to get fixed. Told it was under warranty but they were backed up on repairs and have called 4 times and it is now December almost January and nobody yet. Get same story when I call. Do not get anything done by them they don't repair what they fix. I bet if I had new work to be done they would show up. Just want new work not fix what they put in. Will not use them again or recommend them. Beckley WV office.

Terrible to an old woman! This company is very poorly run, they have repeatedly failed to show up to my grandmothes who is 89. They did her roof years back and she was very happy then, apparently they even called every few months for awhile to check up. She has called 3 times this year because she has a leak and it is damaging the interior, everytime promised someone will show and they never do. I myself called from across the country explaining the situation the other day, I was guaranteed someone would come out to her and call her prior before the week was over, and that I would receive a call when they arrived so I know it was taken care of. None of which ever happend. Do not waste your time or money with these bums.
