We went in for some holiday shopping, Friday December 11th around noon. The store was well kept and in stock, but getting someone to take our money was seemingly impossible. We stepped up to a register where there was a cashier checking someone out not a minute before we walked up. We figured she stepped away for a second and would be back, as it was the only checkout lane open. As we’re standing there waiting for her to return, the manger comes over and bluntly says “The line is over there!” and points to the customer service counter - where there was already a customer processing a lengthy return and a couple others in line waiting. Why would we have thought the checkout line was there instead of the register where someone was just being checked out?!?!? There wasn’t a sign on the register we were waiting that said it was closed. A good manager would have stepped up to the register and started ringing people out instead of directing them to the customer service counter. An even better manager would have planned ahead for the holiday shopping season and had enough staff there to at least check out customers who are wanting to spend money in the store. We won’t waste our time going there again. It doesn’t matter what the product is, if someone doesn’t want our money, that message was clear. Target has most of the same stuff and is right around the corner, so they will be getting our business from now on, when we’re in Mansfield.

First of all, the store is always clean and smells amazing. Great selection of products. Although their prices are a little high, compared to other local retailers. But, they always have coupons which I always take advantage of. I will always shop at BB&B.
