Donna told us that the ring size we ordered was a different size cause its \Canadian ring sizes\. Spoiler alert that's not a thing and when the ring came in surprise surprise it didn't fit. The place is not well kept, which would be fine if the prices reflected that or the staff was nice. We gave them several opportunities to fix the problem, after 2 months we canceled our order and got our ring somewhere else.

I was recommended Bedford Gold & Silver Exchange by a coworker and boy am I glad I visited. 1st visit was pleasant and they had good fair prices on Watches and I spoke with Richard, he was fair and took the time to go over some watches with me. The 2nd time I dealt with Jason, he was nice and showed me a watch and in 45 seconds I said... Sold. Impact buy. Good prices and great people what else do you want? Some of the other Gold and Silver are next to terrible, they will offer you 25% of the value of your watch on ebay and sell you theirs 25% over eBay pricing, not Richard and Jayson they are very fair and honest!
