I was on auto-fill, auto-bill, auto-debit. I ran into financial difficulties, they INCREASED their \budget plan payment\ so I emailed them and told them to cancel all three. 3 weeks later - they debited a monthly payment. I filed a dispute with my bank - the Blossman rep faxed my bank a copy of the original agreement that I signed with them in 2014 TO SET UP THE BUDGET PLAN. It says NOTHING about anything else. So they took 200 without my consent and AFTER I told them to CANCEL. My bank is still (with Master Card) investigating this. Blossman was already here when I moved here but if I could afford to get rid of them I WOULD.

Fair prices and honest service. My propane tank has never been empty with auto fill. I use tankless hot water, gas logs, and a backup generator; all on propane. They are always friendly in my dealings with them.

As an unregulated industry, I'm afraid there is NO good LP gas dealer in this area. Blossman has been good on price and delivery which is a strength compared to the majority of LP bandits here. It's bad side is its eccentric and inefficient management, akin to a government agency. Not good to challenge them as they know that \The Customer is Always WRONG!\ Now, in late April, when energy prices have fallen through the floor, Blossman has actually charged me about what they did in January. Is this bad futures decisions or just the normal greed that fuels this industry?

Awful branch to work for and to have work done from. The branch manager and service manager are corrupt and when they do work which is rare it’s horrid. They don’t respond to customer calls often and avoid customers with complaints. And this branch does not treat their employees well. And they also have family of the employees conduct good reviews as Celia Rhea is the service managers wife.
