I was given false information about the cost of my medication only to find out it was on back order. They kept blaming insurance for not coving - whoops I’m paying cash because the PBM is 200 more than the cash price. Day 4 - I’m told sorry it is not here because our system showed 1 on the shelf, hmm but I thought you placed the order with the distributor??? 25 min wait in line and over 60 min on hold on the phone. I really feel bad for the over worked staff and PharmD’s

Terrible place. Wife went in for a covid test scheduled at 1230. She arived at 1225 and had to wait in the drive thru line to be tested. 6 cars in line an hour later at basically 130 she reaches the window just to be told shes an hour late for her appt. She explained that she had been in there unorganized line for an hour when the employee responded oh well its time fore someone elses appointment now. My wife is recovering from breast cancer so she is imune compromised and was exposed to the virus cvs does not care. I called up there myself to give a piece of my mind and guess what... half hour on hold and still no response. This place is a joke please go elsewhere!

Scheduled COVID-19 vaccination but when we went we’re told we were not on the list so could not be vaccinated.
Terrible service. Nobody answers the phone Takes up to a week to get prescription and they are rude. Told me that they do 500 prescriptions a day you need to hire more people period. Switch to Longwood ave store much better service
