Came in to this store on June 21st to inquire about their prices on making some T-shirt’s for my business among other things. The lady that spoke with said she would follow up and give me a call with the information, which never happened. I forgot about it for a while until today, since I had breakfast at Oldwest Cafe I figured I would pass by and check again. I went into the store and it took a while for someone to greet me. An older man (looked like the owner) came out of the office and asked me what I needed. I told him about the shirts that I inquired about a few months ago. The man seemed annoyed, like I was inconveniencing him as I gave him some general info, but did not bother to ask me questions or look me up in his system for previous inquiries. I was there to give him my business, not to feel like an inconvenience. I felt very awkward at the whole experience so I just told him never mind and walked out. Not coming back here. Really awful customer service.

Superior quality and customer service. We used Gray Wolf Promotions four separate times this year for both smaller quantity and larger quantity (over 500 pieces..from t shirts to hoodies for football team/families). Same high quality and FAST service. Highly recommend.

I simply stopped by to see what Gray Wolf had to offer and I was greeted by John Perkins. I picked out a Gray Wolf Promotions tee for my brother for Christmas and asked about having items made. It wasn't something I could make a decision on right there, so I asked for a catalog and it is a REAL CATALOG! Of course there is a website, but I am old enough to have an attachment to thick, heavy glossy pages. He wished me a Merry Christmas; told me to come back; and refused to let me pay for the shirt; it was his gift to me! Tee shirts, caps, glassware, card holders; the list of things available is impressive. You HAVE to see what he can do for you!

Our company's experience with Gray Wolf was great! Chelsie and Evy were available every step of the way and were extremely patient with us as we changed our design ideas a few times. The shirts look great and the quality of printing is top-notch! Mateo and Sam do great work! I hope to do business with Gray Wolf again in the future.
