I lived here for 7 and a half years and I had a great experience! They would remember your birthday if you let them know, the Maintenance was awesome and kind! It was such an awesome place! Pool was open year round and it was amazing! The playground was so amusing for all the children to play. There is not better place than Hampshire Green. I love you guys so much. Thank you so much for making this place and enjoyable place. You make this place the perfect home!

Everything about this place was spectacular! Management is so helpful and quick to respond, not to mention everyone is friendly. The area is safe, quiet, and kept very tidy. Also, how can you beat a year round pool and hot tub? I recommend this complex to anyone looking. You truly feel at home here.
Livid. Staff was not up front about damage (smell) in the apartment. My husband and I have tried every home remedy possible to remove the strong odor. We had the ceiling repainted waste of time, carpets cleaned twice, and an odor “bomb” can spray 2hr process to remove the smell. They were not honest when placing us in this unit. We have tried to be understanding about this and they have offered some ideas but I don’t understand how it’s legal for them to knowingly place people in these circumstances and feel ok about it. ALL of our belongings are now damaged due to their negligence and I am furious! Brand new couch, mattresses......The smell is so powerful and potent and it is in our clothes and hair (we smelled it when traveling to families house for the holiday - embarrassing). My husband has reached out to have it rectified only to be met with “there’s nothing we can do about it” If there was legal action to take here I would- laws by state to protect people in such circumstances. There should be reimbursement for the cost of the supplies we’ve had to purchase and discomfort putting it lightly having to live with the overpowering smell!!!!!
We have been living here over a year and I must say the staff is so easy going. The unit is a good size for a two bedroom and we have only had a few very minor issues that were taken care of immediately the next day following an email request. All the neighbors are so nice and quiet. We'll be here for a long time coming. No complaints here.
