They sell plenty through the Frenzy App, however their policies and fine print are not visible on the purchase page. After declining to take delivery of my package due to high brokerage fees, the package was sent back to the seller. THEIR RESTOCKING FEE IS 35%. THAT'S RIGHT. 35%. It would have been cheaper to pay the brokerage fees but at that point it's hard not to take things personally. Keep the 35%, you lost a customer for life.

This store has staff that is ratchet and very unprofessional. Camilla, an employee threw my receipt and card at me, wow. I cant say how I felt, corporate must know. She should go to customer service class. The way I was treated today makes me come to the conclusion that I will NEVER ever go to shop at a Next again. Neither will my family or anyone I know. I'm filing complaints everywhere I can. Do not shop at Bedford OH Next clothing or at any of them. And know their return policy before you buy anything. It ain't worth it. There's better stores out there, trust.
