We were traveling to Eastern PA from Ohio - we did a bit of research for a place to stop for lunch that is something other than a chain or fast food joint. Chose Jean Bonnet - I must say... what a great decision on my part!! This place was fantastic!! Great Food, Very Friendly Service! Great place!! Get off the highway and stop here!!

I loved the history of this place. The service was excellent, the food was good... drinks were better. And I absolutely loved the little shop next door on the property. It was super cute and quaint.
This place came highly recommended from family members. I might have set expectations too high but I was disappointed. Bison burger (ordered medium) was very dry and overcooked (zero pink). I guess I would just summarize it as typical bar food. And not even good bar food overpriced too.
This is a great restaurant! The food was fantastic and the prices were worthy of the quality of food. Our server was very kind, friendly and attentive to our needs.
We live 60 miles away. When we get in the area, it's always our choice for a fantastic meal. Professional wait staff. Rustic charm. Never had a bad experience here. Kind of pricey, but you get what you pay for.
