I don't usually write reviews but while shopping for a new vehicle visiting Novak Motors I found a top tier location...a fresh clean lot with high calibur late model selections in all designations and class but the glue that holds any thriving competitive company together the Staff, friendly, well versed , friendly,highly knowledgeable about their bustling inventory...great listeners down to earth .\ Make you feel as though your instant family\.I like that.I know from experience that it takes a special set of circumstances to achieve this kudos...all that and unheard of financing values and mark downs & specials these fundamental seemingly simple back in the day but absolutely hard to find now.. Never heard of Novak Motors? Don’t let not knowing the name fool you! If you are in the market for a vehicle, you need to check them out! Excellent inventory, well priced, low mileage selection and all-around amazing experience. I found a Ram I was interested in on their site and went to look at it late in the day. The team was quick, got me a better rate than my Credit Union, stayed late to make it all happen, and I left with my new to me ride! Since it was late, they detailed the truck the next day and helped my son refinance his Jeep for a better rate and some additional upgrades as well. All around great team! It was well worth the drive for me!
