Brian was amazing! Literally took a week for the whole process. From looking at the property, filling in an application, getting approved, and moving in. I needed to find something by the 1st of October and Brian made this whole thing painless for me. Which I have 5 days to spare!!

Wow! Very professional and responsive. The experience has been great. Would recommend them to anyone. Any property owners should know that PMI is a pleasure to work with. Any tennant's should know that PMI in my opinion is a Property Management company that actually cares.

Had a large house to rent out, which can be difficult to find tenants for, and Brian did a great job of getting that going, showing people the place, and ultimately getting a lease together and handing off the day-to-day aspects over to me. Would definitely use again, thank you!
