Great job! Dropped off my Xbox One X with error codes last week. I was contacted 2 days later letting me know system was repaired and was given an estimated cost of about 100 prior to dropping it off. I waited to write this review until after using system for a week. Super happy with the service and the repair! Thank you!

Was having a problem with the hard drive of my PS4 and decided to bring it in. It was \fixed\ twice supposedly, but both times I got home and it ended up having the exact same problem again within 20 hours. They have friendly service, but from my experience the work is just not there. I fixed it myself at home for 35 cheaper, in a much faster time, and with much better results.

I took my backwards compatible PS3 in to have it repaired. The submission process was really easy, I told them what was wrong, gave them my contact info, and they gave me a fair price for the repair I needed. The clerk also informed me that if they weren't able to repair my PS3, there would be no charge. After I handed over my console, I browsed their store. They have a pretty decent selection of games, at good prices too. Highly recommend!
