A good friend of mine recommended I give you guys a call regarding pricing on material.Today I called your location and I was welcomed by a very rude female rushing me as she only said \hello\ and never introduced the company name.I as any other person, wanted to make sure and asked if I was calling the correct place.And again, she said \yeah how can I help you\in a very rude manner and annoyed tone. As an entrepreneur myself, iv always asked customers what they believe customer service should be like.And every single time I'm been answered the same,product quality and a professional treatment from the company they are trying to do deals with. I was looking forward to ordering sod for one of my properties(maybe all of them later on)and after that first impression...I immediately hung up.I just hope the owner is acknowledged about this kind of instances that in the business world could cost him thousands of dollars..and indeed already has.
