I love this place! Its tucked away where you can barely see it from Harwood which is a shame, because it is excellent! The old guy that runs it is super nice as well! We have been currently addicted to the black tea with rose and boba. Like we went back 3 times in a week for it haha. Everything I've tried there is pretty good though, I like the green tea with lemon and honey, and the regular milk tea is great too.

Delicious- the staff is pretty quiet so don’t expect a super chatty experience. Over all really good for the price!
Family enjoyed the boba! Try out their protein milk tea and it tasted very similar to their normal milk tea other than the whey protein taste at first. It went away after a couple of sips.
Really, really delicious. Amazing service from extremely friendly staff. Got my tea to me quickly. They give great recommendations on what to get, too.
