I swear I am at Staples in Bedford once maybe twice a week. I always find great deals and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Citizens Bank used to run an ad depicting random instances where they would go the extra mile for a customer. This Staples store will never be able to reproduce such ads. Kim, a manager in the Print & Marketing Department, had an easy opportunity to fulfill a wish for a paying customer but out of sheer laziness, she passe. It also seems like\u200b Kim and her employees have a propensity for referring most phone calls\u200b to the website. In my case, I haven't found a solution online.

Went to South Willow first but they were out of the item we decided for but the associate there checked nearby stores for us which is what brought us to the Bedford location. We found the item, couldn't find anyone on the floor to help us get it so I went to the register to ask. The cashier told me they were out despite what south willow had said and despite the web site showing inventory. I went back out to the sales floor and finally found someone to help. They seemed annoyed that I asked them to help but went and found the item the cashier said they were out of. I went back through the cashiers line and he didn't acknowledge that he was wrong in any way or that he tried to send away business. Poor service at this location.
