Horrible customer service worst experience I’ve had in my life. Ordered product on website waited 10 days for shipping. Got the refill packs but not the actual product I ordered. Submitted online customer service request, waited three days no response. Called customer service they took my info said I’d get a phone call back from someone within 48 hours, three days later nothing. Called back they did the same thing again and three days later nothing. Called back again finally got someone to tell me my color was out of stock and that she would be sending me a different color one with a free refill as well. Two weeks later and still nothing call back to customer service took my information once more and still nothing if this is how they do business with customers this is horrific I will be contacting everyone and everything I can until I get resolution. This customer service is abysmal!!! It has been almost a month and I have not gotten my product. I looked up the name of their CEO, Steve Hill, and contacted him. And why am I not surprised that it has been three days and........... Nothing!! I guess the attorney general is next.....
